DEAR News Of The Area,
The Myall Community Art and Craft Centre would like to say a BIG thank you to all members of our centre and the public who donated [gifts] so generously to make Christmas a happy one for lots of people.
Thanks of course to the Salvation Army for all their work in distributing them.
We would also like to announce the winner of our Christmas raffle [was] Elaine Tickner – congratulations.
We are very happy to announce the takings from the raffle amounted to $1240, less $250 for the cost of the hampers, which leaves $990 to go to local charities.
Again, thank you to all who bought tickets in this.
[During 2025] the Craft Centre had already sent donations to Tea Gardens Primary School, the Clinic Bus, Westpac Rescue Helicopter, Tea Gardens Junior Soccer Club, and Tea Gardens Junior Rugby Club.
The $990 will also go to charities chosen by the committee of the centre.
Elsa Jones,
Secretary, Myall Community Art and Craft Centre.
